Bailey's Salted Caramel

Par-tay! Irish cream, chocolate-chip cupcake is loaded with a mocha buttercream frosting. Then it's drizzled with homemade salted caramel, topped with chip-hikers and a few grains of coarse finishing salt. This really is  yummy. If you have a sweet tooth, like a "candy bar sweet tooth", this is the cupcake for you. Plus it has that little crunch of salty satisfaction.  Nomz.


We had these in the car on the way to the.... ssshhhhh.... last football game..... and I coudn't hear any thing but a few finger licks and sighs.
