St. Patrick' Day Cupcakes - taking orders now.

Last March , nine months before I started Maddie's Bake Loft,  I made myself a white (vanilla) birthday cake with key lime custard filling, vanilla butter cream and then covered the sides with coconut.  It was divine.  After completing my masterpiece and feeling ebullient (no green beer consumed at that point)  I  texted at least a dozen  friends whose name either began with "Mc" or ended in "y" (and a few redheads). The text read, "anyone interested in celebrating, meet me at the Landing at 6:30"   They ALL showed up.  IT WAS AWESOME and a testament to how wonderful my friends are.  If I had planned it, it would never haved turned out to be so much fun.  

I think everyone at the Pub loved my cake!  But this year I have decided  to go with a more traditional Irish fare.  Guinness, chocolate cupcake with Bailey's Irish Cream,  butter cream frosting.   Really good, really moist, with a hint of hops. Gotta have one!

Or, how about a green velvet malt cupcake with a mint chocolate butter cream?  Off to the test kitchen I go....
