Thanksgiving special flavor is here...the Pumpcake.

This is a really nice way to finish up the binge.   Last year I put an actual baby pumpkin pie in the cupcake.  But this year, no crust, only special filling of pumpkin puree, cream cheese and gingersnap baked inside delicate snickerdoodle cake.  It's topped with madagascar, vanilla bean butter cream (just a hint of maple) toasted pecans and some sparkly sugar and leaf.  Yummy, yummy for the tummy.
