Oven at Sweet Maddie's

This is my oven.  

Ever wonder why some baked goods are better than others?  Or, why your attempted batch of cookies was not as crunchy as you friend's who just shared her recipe with you?   Or, why  your cupcakes take 5 minutes longer than what you read on the web?  

The answer is:  It's the oven.

As most of you know,  I bake in a loft kitchen (hence Maddie's Bake Loft) and I had a few constraints in 2012 when purchasing a new oven; size and power source.  But after many months of searching, I found my Moffatt.  I hoisted it up to the loft and Mr. O'Brien,  my electrician, brought in a new, dedicated electrical line.

The rest is history.
